Quit your bad habit while using as much as you want.
QuitCred is a simple app to help you quit your bad habits without ever realizing it happened.
You can use your bad habit as much as you want, but here is the catch - You must "claim" a "credit" before each use. For example, say you want to smoke a cigarette, you will have to do 10 pushups (1 credit) before you smoke that cigarette.
You can choose what you want your credits to be, whether its a workout (recommended), reding a book, healthy snack, etc.
Be careful, each week, you are required to complete 1 more credit before your use. For example, using 10 pushups as 1 credit. Week 1=10 pushups, week 2=20, week 3=30 and so on.
Before you know it, you wont be using your bad habit any longer and you will have adopted healthier habits!
